My name is Michael Alves. I am one of the fortunate few to be born and raised in San Diego. I am a CA licensed professional fiduciary, the owner and senior broker of The URBAN PROBATE GROUP, a full service, boutique real estate firm that specializes in selling probate properties throughout San Diego & Orange County. My passion for real estate started at an early age while working at my grandparents property management business, but it was my experience as the executor of my father’s estate were I felt a calling to help other executors. I’m truly blessed to have the opportunity to help executors and work in the industry that I love so much. Not only am I a probate ninja, but I’m also a husband to an amazing woman (Holly) and a father to two adorable children (Olivia & Marcus).
