My name is Michael Alves, and I’m proud to be a San Diego native, California Licensed Professional Fiduciary, and the Owner and Senior Broker of Urban Probate Group — a full-service real estate and fiduciary firm specializing in probate and trust property sales throughout San Diego and Orange County.

My passion for real estate and estate management began early while working at my grandparents’ property management business, but it was through my own experience serving as the executor of my father’s estate that I discovered a true calling to help other executors, trustees, and families navigate the probate process with care and confidence.

 

Today, I’m honored to combine my fiduciary expertise and real estate experience to guide clients through the complexities of probate real estate transactions, ensuring every estate is handled with professionalism, integrity, and compassion. Beyond my work, I’m a proud husband to my amazing wife, Holly, and father to our two wonderful children, Olivia and Marcus — my greatest motivation both personally and professionally.
